At Utsavi by Shilpa, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since each piece is carefully handcrafted and customized, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy once the product has been sold.

1. India Orders

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted for PAN India orders.

  • Customers are requested to carefully check product details, size, and customization before placing an order.

2. International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on international shipments.

  • In case of issues with the order (such as damage in transit or wrong item delivered), you must contact us at +91 98291 66685 or contactutsavi.sales@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Price Discrepancies

  • If the delivered product’s Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is lower than the invoiced amount, you may request a refund for the difference within 24 hours.

  • If the MRP listed on our platform is higher than the actual product MRP, we reserve the right to hold dispatch until the difference is settled, or the customer may request cancellation.

4. Third-Party Payment & Logistics

  • We may work with trusted third-party payment service providers, logistics, and courier partners.

  • Once delivery is confirmed, we release payments to such providers.

5. Unauthorized Purchases

  • Any unauthorized or fraudulent purchase must be reported within 24 days to enable investigation.

6. Retrieval of Invalid Payments

  • Any invalidated payments not settled within 24 hours may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

  • Any disputes may also be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be conducted in English at Jaipur.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Personal information collected during transactions will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Effective Date

This Refund & Return Policy is effective from 1st February 2024.

10. Modifications
