Note: After dispatch, domestic courier delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: We provide free shipping within India. For international orders, shipping charges range from ₹2,000 to ₹8,000, depending on the destination.

Q: Will I be responsible for customs duties?

A: Yes. Any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are government-regulated and are not managed by Utsavi by Shilpa.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A: No, we do not offer COD for orders.

Q: Is COD available for international orders?

A: COD is not available for international shipments.

Q: Do you offer express delivery (shipping within 24–48 hours)?

Customization & Alterations

Q: Do you offer customization?

Q: How do I arrange for alterations?

A: All garments are stitched with a 4-inch margin to allow for minor alterations. While we try to ensure the best fit, if adjustments are required, please get in touch with us for guidance.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: As each outfit is handcrafted and made to order, we follow a NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy. We recommend reviewing our size chart and confirming your measurements before placing an order. For any doubts, please contact us for assistance before purchase.
