1. Free Shipping (India Only)
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within India.

2. International Orders
For international orders (excluding USA, UK), we provide free shipping on orders above USD 400. On orders less than USD 400, a shipping charge of USD 35 will apply.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders (India):
  We typically take around 3 to 4 business days to dispatch orders within India. Delivery time usually ranges from 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.

• International Orders:
  International orders for our ready-to-wear collections generally take 11 to 12 business days for dispatch. However, for Utsavi by Shilpa made-to-order pieces, production and dispatch may take longer, usually between 7 to 8 weeks depending on the design and style of the garment.
  Delivery within 5 to 6 business days post-dispatch is expected, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times may vary and sometimes be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or political disruptions. We promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for both domestic and international shipments. Our goal is to ensure a seamless delivery process for all customers.

5. Order Collection
For customers in India, we also offer the option to collect your order from any Utsavi by Shilpa retail outlet upon request. Please contact our customer care team for assistance.

6. Shipping Charges for All Outfits

• Domestic Orders (India): No charges

• International Orders: Charges are as per actual, with additional charges applicable for orders under USD 400.

7. Duties & Taxes

• For Indian Customers: All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price displayed on our website.

• For International Customers: Products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties, taxes, and other customs fees. The recipient is responsible for any such additional charges required by the destination country. These charges must be paid for the delivery to proceed.

8. Order Placement and Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation number will be displayed on the screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. If there are any issues with processing your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

9. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. This will allow you to track your order from processing to shipment and through delivery.

10. Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@utsavibyshilpa.com or call +91 9810156742. While we strive to accommodate changes, please note that we cannot alter the shipping address or redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

11. Estimated Delivery Times

• India: Orders typically take about 1 week for delivery from the dispatch date.

• International: Orders typically arrive within 2 weeks after dispatch.
